DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier refused to furnish 1959-1960 biennial card
passes for Carman D. M. Walden in accordance with his years of
;service with the L&N Railroad and in violation of the terms of the
Agreement, and
2. Therefore, the Carrier should be ordered to furnish biennial
card passes for 1959-1960 and restore to Carman Walden full pass
rights for present and future use.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is no;v in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
