PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MACHINISTS,
DISTRICT LODGE NO. 5, AFL-CIO
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Machinist
Helper was assigned to the operating of a car brass machine at the
DeSoto Shop, DeSoto, Mo.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to discontinue using
other than Machinist Helper to perform tt is work and to compensate
Machinist Helper S. L. Lakey at tLe applicable rate of eight hours
a day, 40 hours a week and all other time that might have been
incurred while this practice exists.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Doard by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is
now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
