DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned other than members of the Machinist Organization to operate Car Brass Boring Machines at Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered tc additionally
compensate Machinist Roy Dermody, eight (8) hours at time and
one-half rate for August 5, 1955, and each day thereafter until this
work is assigned in accordance with the current agreement.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Beard by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is
now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
