DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
(1) That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned other than members of the Machinist Organization to operate Car Brass Boring Machines at Minneapolis, Minnesota.
(2) That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Machinist Charles Sundt eight (8) hours' pay at time
and one-half rate for August 10, 1955 and for eight (8) hours' pay
at time and one-half rate each day thereafter that other than members of the Machinist Craft are assigned to operate Car Brass Boring
Machines at Minneapolis.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division
is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
