DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement Carman L. Martin
Englehardt was improperly deprived of his position of Wrecker
Engineer at Havre, Montana on July 18. 1959.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Mr.
Englehardt for the loss of differential pay of .072¢ per hour and for
all time lost account not called for wrecks on and since March 6,
1959.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is nocv in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdraw..
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
