SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 91, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Carmen)
LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That during July, 1957, the Barrier violated the terms of
the ski'_led agreement when other than employes of the Carmen's
Craft were assigned to operate a motor car.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to assign this work
to employes of the Carmen's Craft.
3. Additionally compensate an employe of the Carmen's Craft
for all time others were assigned to these duties.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
