PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 91, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Carmen)
LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the terms of the current agreement the carrier
improperly assigned other than employes of the Carman Craft to
operate load lugger at Pensacola, Florida on March 19 and 20, 1959.
2. That accordingly, the carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Carmen F. M. Segars and W. W. Smitl~erman in the
amount of four (4) hours each at the applicable time and one-half
rate for the aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Diviswn is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
