    GULF, MOBILE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the current agreement the Carrier failed to allow Carman J. M. Raborn, Jr. the proper number of vacation days in the year 1958, and has refused to allow the proper number of vacation days in the year 1959.


    2. That the Carrier be ordered to crake said carman whole by additionally compensating him at the time and one-half rate for the additional five days vacation which he should have received in 1958, and additionally compensate him at the time and one-half rate for any number of vacation days less the fifteen he should be allowed in the year 1959 but does not receive.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
