(Southern Region and Hocking Division)
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement on June 7,
1958, when- it assigned other than Carmen to plac3 blue flags on
Train No. CD-93 on trucks 30 & 32 in the new Westbound Manifest
Yard at Russell Terminal, Russell, Kentucky.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Carman E. J. Noble eight (8) hours at the applicable time and onehalf rate of pay for the aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division
is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
