    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF CARRIER:


    "Claim of the Pacific Fruit Express Company (hereinafter referred to as the carrier) that its assignment of car repair forces in the light repair yards it maintains at Roseville, California, and Tucson, Arizona, on a staggered work week basis is necessary to its operational requirements and is clearly permissible under applicable rules and agreements with the employes concerned represented by the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen of America-Railway Employes' Department, A.F.L.-C.I.O. (hereinafter referred to as the organization)."


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to carrier in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
