CHICAGO, ROCK ISLAND & PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Chicago, Rock island and Pacific Railroad Company elected to and did on April 11, 1959, unjustly suspend from
its service Electrician B. J. Franchette.
2. That the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company
elected to, and did, on April 30, 1959, unjustly dismiss from its
service Electrician B. J. Franchette.
3. That accordingly, the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to:
(a) Reinstate this employe with all rights, including
his vacation rights, unimpaired.
(b) Compensate this employe for his wage loss resulting from the aforesaid action until he is restored to
service.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
