LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
(a) That the L&N Railroad Company, hereinafter referred to
as the Carrier, improperly denied Machinist Helper-Wheel Roller
L. F. Berry, the opportunity of filling a Wheel Roller job at its
Wheel & Axle Shop at Louisville, Kentucky.
(b) That the Carrier be directed to reimburse L. F. Berry,
hereinafter referred to as the Claimant, at the appl·'cable rate, for
all time lost since September 22, 1958.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
