LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement in assigning Carman R. C. Leath to inspect and assist in rerai:ing L&N Car
73096, and
2. Therefore, the Carrier should be ordered to additionally
compensate Carman L. B. McClure for 4 hours at straight time
carmen's rate of pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
