SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 122, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Electrician)
THE PULLMAN COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement is being violated when the
Carrier assigns an Electrician to fill the place of a Supervisor and
while so assigned he also is assigned to perform the duties of a regular bulletined Electrician's position instead of calling in an Electrician to perform Electrician's work.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
electricians who should have been called 8 hours at the time and
one-half rate of pay for each day that this violation, occurs from
June 1, 1959, until the violation is discontinued.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Bard by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from employes that the case be withdrawn.
