DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
(a) That under the controlling Agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to the assembling
and installing a new pneumatic message conveyor system commencing on October 7, 1958.
(b) That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate
the following members of the Sheet Metal Workers' craft in the
amounts as follows:
H. G. Brissett 24 hrs. J. E. Diamond 8 hrs.
A. W. Fisk 48 " E. J. Hagen 8 "
C. L. Humphrey 40 " J. F. Lauro 80 "

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division
is now in receipt of a request from employes that the case be withdrawn.
