CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
"A wreck occurred at Wampum, Pa. and the Youngstown wreck
crew was called for this wreck instead of the McKees Rocks, Pa.
wreck crew on January 28, 1959. Youngstown wreck crew worked
on this wreck starting January 28, 1959 at 10:00 A. M. and worked
until 11:30 A. M., January 29, 1959. The work done by the Youngstown wreck crew belongs to the McKees Rocks, Pa. wreck crew.
Since the Youngstown wreck crew was used the Organization requests that the following men from the McKees Rocks wreck crew be
paid for all time worked by the Youngstown employes: J. Plascjak,
S. Filipovitz, M. Novoselski, G. McBane, F. Kownacki, A. Stacko,
J. Stangl, A. Palahulik and R. Schutz."
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is
now in receipt of a request from the employ es that the case be withdrawn.
