    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1-That the current agreement was violated, particularly Rule 24, when furloughed Carman C. E. Beasley was recalled to service November 12, 1958, and furloughed Carmen N. F. Redford, H. E. Carneal, R. M. La Touche, A. A. Adams and F. L. Lane, each with greater seniority than Carman Beasley, were not recalled on said date.


    2-That the Carrier be ordered to compensate N. F. Redford November 12, 1958, and five (5) days each week to and including December 12, 1958 ; H. E. Corneal December 13, 1958 and five (5 ) days each week to and including Jan. 16, 1959 ; R. M. La Touche January 17, 1959 and five (5) days each week to and including February 26, 1959 ; A. A. Adams February 27, 1959 and five (5 ) days each week including April 14, 1959; F. L. Lane April 15, 1959 and five (5) days each week to and including April 26, 1959, and further, that N. F. Redford be granted a vacation for the year 1958 to be taken in 1959 account of said violation.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
