PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

R. in the coordination of the New Orleans Passenger Terminal, although I was continued in service with the Terminal working as an upgraded helper to an electrician, not holding any seniority any place and not covered by any agreement. As there were not to be any helpers or upgraded men on the Terminal and I should not have been permitted to take an electricain's job on the Terminal, according to the agreements and statements as will be quoted in my submission. I have tried several times to come to a settlement on this, but have failed each time.
