addition Referee Wilmer Watrous when the award was rendered.
PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

DEPARTMENT, A. F. of L.-C. I. O. (Carmen)
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement, particularly Rule 9, and the
Vacation Agreement, particularly Article 12(a) were violated when
Carman P. A. Benson, hereinafter referred to as the Claimant, was
denied payment for meals and lodging at Spadra, Arkansas, starting
December 2nd to December 20th, 1957, inclusive.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company,
hereinafter referred to as the Carrier, be ordered to compensate
Carman Benson for meals and lodging from December 2nd through
December 20th, 1957, inclusive, in the amount of $48.75.
STATEMENT:
The aove question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is
now in receipt of a request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
