DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the controlling agreement, wrecking crew members Carmen J. E. Corder, L. E. Heather, F. Clark, C. E. Corder, H. E. Toon and V. Rust should have been paid at the double time rate from 2:30 A. M. to 7 A. M. April 18, 1959 instead of the time and one-half rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Beard by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
