CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement was violated when Foremen
Supervisors were assigned to perform work consisting of inspecting
cars and recording defects found at Peach Creek, West Virginia.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate furloughed Carman Rex K. Hale in the amount of eight (8) hours per
day, five (5) days per week beginning July 19, 1959 and continuing
until violation ceases.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
