DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: On May 6, 1959 W. Quest, foreman, worked and assisted the carmen on the pull up system on #3 track at the "Y" Yard. He did this to speed up production of work by the carmen. If help was needed a carman should have been used. Since this was not done the organization requests that J. Gyt, carman be compensated eight (8) hours for this day.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of a joint request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
