DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: On May 7, 1959 F. Reiter, acting foreman, performed carmen's work on #3 track in the "Y" Yard on the new pull up system. This was done to speed up the repair of cars on this track. Since this work should have been done by a carman the organization requests that J. Mamros, car repairman be compensated eight (8) hours for this day.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of a joint request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
