DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the controlling agreement between System Federation No. 101 and the Great Northern Railway Company was violated when other than Great Northern Railway Machinists were used to perform work on GNV-20785, D-6 Caterpillar tractor, on September 18, 1959.


2. That the Carrier therefore be ordered to compensate Machinists Lief A. Hovind, Jr., and Russell G. Anderson, Hillyard Shops, each in the amount of eight hours' pay at the applicable rate of time and one-half.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




    Claim dismissed.
