SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY (Pacific Lines)
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly used
other than Carmen to rerail Cars RBBX 79095, Missouri Pacific
88334 and SP 140116 on September 9, 1959 at Redwood City, Harbor
Belt Spur.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate
Carmen Cecil Johnson and Fred Vaughn each in the amount of 10
hours pay at the time and one-half rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
