DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current applicable agreements Sheet Metal
Workers Raymond H. Scott and L. C. Heinzel of Los Angeles, California were improperly compensated for services performed as
Foremen on Decoration Day May 30, 1959 and Fourth of July, 1959.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate these employes each in the amount of two (2) days at the
Foremen's rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form. Parties to said dispute were given due notice of
hearing thereon, and the Division is now in receipt, of a request from the
parties that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
