THE BALTIMORE AND ANNAPOLIS RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. The Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad Company violated the
provisions of the current agreement between the parties when it
permitted George Taylor, Superintendent of Operations and
Walter Disney, Shop Foreman to perform the routine duties of
maintenance employes on March 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 22, 25, 28, 29,
30, 31; April 10, 16, 22, 23, 25, 30; May 7, 27; June 9, 10, 11, 27;
July 15, 27, 28, 29, 30; September 28, 29, 30; and October 22, 1960.
Both of these employes are supervisory and are not covered by
said Agreement.
2. Each of the maintenance employes be allowed pay at their respective straight time rates for an equal proportionate share of the
total man hours consumed by the supervisory employes in performing the work referred to in part 1 above.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form. Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at
hearing thereon, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
parties that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
