DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current agreement particularly
the Memorandum of Agreement of September 15, 1958, covering use of employes covered by the Shop Craft Agreement,
who have requested work under Rule 271/$ C&O Railway Company, Russell, Kentucky.
2. Accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carman
Russell Wireman eight (8) hours at the carman straight time
rate of pay July 28, 1960, for said violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second
Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above refered to organization in exparte form, hearing thereon was not held, and
the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the
case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
