DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the Carrier on or about September 1, 1960, improperly contracted out to Central Wood and Metal Products Co., East Moline, Illinois, the work of fabricating reduce and stop sign staffs from material furnished by Carrier.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Blacksmiths Ernest Clemons forty seven (47) hours at $2.638 per hour and Blacksmith Welder Valere O. VanLerberghs thirty three (33) hours at $2.698 per hour account the aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
