DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the current agreement was violated when the Carrier on January 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, 1961, assigned other than an electrician regularly employed as such to perform eight (8) hours of electrical work on each of these days.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician L. L. Johnson in the amount of eight hours per day at the prevailing electricians rate of pay for each of these days.
3. That the Carrier be ordered to discontinue the assigning of other than employes covered by the Electrical Workers Agreement to perform work covered by said agreement.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
