DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the Carrier improperly declined to reimburse Carman J. E. Martin, Jr., and Carmen Helpers P. M. Whitmire and William Avant for expenses incurred while filling vacation vacancies away from home point.


2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to reimburse Carman J. E. Martin, Jr., in the amount of $89.00; Carman Helper P. M. Whitmire $39.00; and William Avant $41.00.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




    Claim dismissed.
