THE BALTIMORE & OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the carrier violated the agreement when it assigned others
than Machinists to perform the work of the Machinists' Craft at its
Mt. Clare Shops, Baltimore, Maryland.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to properly assign Machinists to
remove, dismantle, repair, assemble and install the trucks on Diesel
Streamliner locomotives in accordance with Machinists work rules.
3. That, accordingly, the carrier be ordered to properly compensate
Machinists who have been denied the right to perform the herein
referred to work, those involved and the amount of compensation due
them to be subsequently determined.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
