DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the current agreement was violated when Machinists in the Work Equipment Division of the engineering Department were assigned to perform the Electrical Work in connection with the removing of the Generator, repairs to the wiring and the installing of the Generator to Louis Shepard Fork Lift Truck No. F-T2, instead of assigning an Electrician from the Engineering Department Crew, which is headquartered in the Boston Area, and had Electrician J. Havey available to perform this work.


2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician J. Havey in the amount of sixteen (16) hours at straight time rate of pay account the aforesaid violation.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
