DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Agreement the Carrier, on July 23, 1961,
improperly established a shift starting at 5:30 P. M. and quitting
at 1:30 A. M.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate
Electrician G. L. McKinley who worked the shift from 5:30 P. M.
to 1:30 A. M. in the amount of four (4) hours per days at the pro
rata rate for each day he worked this shift.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
