    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the provisions of the Current Agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the annual cleaning of oil furnaces in the Car Department at Proctor, Minn.


    2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the following Sheet Metal Workers (Pipefitters) and Sheet Metal Workers Helpers for the stated dates at the pro rata rate of pay.


    Pipefitter P. E. Olsen, February 15, 16, March 6, 1961, 8 hours each day. Pipefitter R. D. Hessevick, February 10, 13, March 2, 7, 1961, 8 hours each day. Pipefitter J. G. Nettleton, February 14, 17, March 3, 1961, 8 hours each day, and on March 8, 1961, 6 hours pay. S.M.W. Helper W. F. Schlegel, February 13, 15, 17, March 6, 1961, 8 hours each day, and on March 8, 1961, 6 hours pay. S.M.W. Helper P. A. Flynn, February 10, 14, 16, March 3, 7, 1961, 8 hours each day, and March 2, 1961, 5 hours pay.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

    AWARD

    Claim dismissed.
