MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement, the Carrier improperly
used carmen to perform carmen painters' work on November 16 and
22, 1961.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Carman Painter S. F. Lewis in the amount of twelve (12)
hours straight time pay.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
