DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1- That under the current agreement Carman P. J. Winter was
improperly compensated at the straight time rate for service performed on September 7, 1960 at Cleburne, Texas.
2-That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
aforesaid carman additionally in the amount of four (4) hours at his
applicable hourly pro rata rate of pay on the above dates.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
