NORFOLK AND WESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
That the Carrier violated the current agreement when they refused to pay Carman J. V. Street and Carman Helper E. R. Browning
and J. J. Clark four (4) hours each additional pay for July 10, 1961,
account changing shifts and working in excess of eight (8) hours on
said date. Also Carman W. L. Hatcher, Jr. and Carman Helper's Fred
Jarrell and L. L. Mills each three and three fourth's (3%) hours
additional pay for July 10, 1961 account changing shifts and working
in excess of eight (8) hours on said date. Norfolk and Western Railway, Elmore, West Virginia.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
