DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: On Feb. 28, 1962 the wreck crew were called at 10:30 A. M. for a wreck at Jacobs Creek at Dickerson Run, Pa. and worked until 5:15 A. M. on March 1, 1962. They were paid properly till midnight of Feb. 28, 1962, but the organization feels that they were not paid properly from 12:01 March 1, 1962. Hours in question are 12:01 A. M. till 5:15 A. M. The organization feels that for these hours worked on March 1, 1962 that the wreck crew should be paid double time as per agreement. Organization feels that Rule 5, paragraph (a)-(2) was violated and therefore request the carrier to compensate the following members of the wreck crew: S. Fihpovitz, R. Schutz, J. Stangl, A. Stecko, M. Nonoselski, M. Rosko, E. Maksin, F. Kownacki, E. Hannisick and F. Woleta as per agreement.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
