MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Vacation Agreement, particularly Article 12(a) and the
current agreement particularly Rule 9, were violated when Carman E. S. McCabe was denied payment for meals and lodging while at Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, on December 5th to 23rd,
1960, inclusive.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate Carman E. S. McCabe for meals and
lodging while filling vacation vacancy from December 5th to
23rd, 1960, inclusive, at Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, in the amount
of $70.15.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
