MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement, particularly Rule 9, was violated
when Carman L. A. Moak was denied payment for meals and
lodging on January 3, 4, 5th, 1962, and travel time on January 6,
1962 on his return to San Antonio from Crystal City, Texas.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate Carman L. A. Moak for travel time on
January 6th, on his return from Crystal City to San Antonio,
Texas, and for meals and lodging on January 3, 4, and 5th, 1962
inclusive, in the amount of $18.87.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
