DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement, particularly Rule 9, and the Vacation Agreement, particularly Article 12(a), were violated when
Carman F. G. Rios was denied actual expenses at Laredo, Texas
from January 22nd through March 2, 1962, and four (4) hours'
travel time from Laredo to his home point of San Antonio, Texas.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate Carman F. G. Rios, for actual expenses
in the amount of $181.11, covering meals and lodging from January 22nd through March 2, 1962, and four (4) hours' travel time
from Laredo to his home point of San Antonio, Texas on March
4, 1962.
STATEMENT
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
