MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement, particularly Rule 9, and Article
12(a) of the Vacation Agreement were violated when Carman
E. R. Resendez was denied payment for meals and lodging from
May 21st through June 8th, 1962, inclusive, while filling vacation vacancy of Carman H. J. Jones at Crystal City, Texas.
2. That accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be
ordered to compensate Carman E. R. Resendez in the amount of
$97.50, covering period May 21st through June 8th, 1962, while
filling vacation vacancy of Carman H. J. Jones at Crystal City,
Texas.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
