DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
That under the current and controlling agreement, Laborer Guy
Newberry is entitled to be paid for eight (8) hours at pro rata rate
for January 1, 1963 (a Holiday).
STATEMENT: The above question was submited to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
