DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the provisions of the current agreement, two (2) Machinists J. J. Wall and H. T. Judkins, hereinafter referred to as claimants, have been improperly denied additional compensation in the amount of eight (8) hours at time and one-half, pro rata rate, each, for March 20, 1963, account other than Midland Valley Machinists assigned to perform Diesel Locomotive repairs, work coming under contract in effect with Midland Valley Railroad and Claimants. Thereby violating Claimants' service rights on Midland Valley Rairoad.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the aforementioned Machinists, each in the amount of eight (8) hours at time and one-half the pro rata rate.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
