DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement, C. L. Foshee was unjustly treated when dismissed from service effective
July 9, 1963.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to:
a)-Restore C. L. Foshee to service with seniority unimpaired.
b)-Compensate C. L. Foshee for all time lost.
c)-Restore all vacation rights past and future.
d)-Pay all premiums for Hospital, Surgical and Medical bene-
fits due during period of discharge.
e)-Pay all premiums for Group Life Insurance due during period
of discharge.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in
receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
