DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

1. That under the current agreement, furloughed roundhouse

Laborers Wm. A. Erickson, John M. Grandeise, Edward J. Anderson, Charles Knapp, Adam Feist, Theo. Slominski and Tellef Byklum were improperly denied holiday pay for July 4, 1962.

2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to pay the afore-

said Roundhouse Laborers each eight hours holiday pay for the above mentioned date.

FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.

Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon. The issue and agreement in this dispute are similar to the issue and agreement in Award No. 5108, involving the same parties herein, and for the reasons stated in that award, this claim will be sustained.
