addition Referee Ben Harwood when award was rendered.
PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 12, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Carmen)
CHICAGO AND NORTH WESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Agreement Carman Paul Jones was
unjustly suspended on December 9, 1964, and unjustly dismissed
December 21, 1964.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the aforesaid Carman to service with seniority unimpaired and compensation
for all time lost.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
