DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
(1) That beginning November 1, 1964, Carrier has violated
the terms of the controlling agreement in the use of employes other
than carmen to perform the work involving the inspecting and testing of air brakes and appurtenances, and the related coupling of
air hose incidental to such inspection on trains made up for departure in the Los Nietos Yard, and accordingly
(2) that Carrier be ordered to discontinue the use of others
than carmen to perform said work, and
(3) that Carrier be ordered to compensate the following named
carrnen commensurate with the amount of time consumed by trainmen in performing the work, such compensation to continue until
correction is made:

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
