The Second Division consisted of the regular members and in

addition Referee Paul C. Dugan when award was rendered.

1. That under the terms of the current working Agreement, the Carrier erred when they failed to assign Electronic Technicians to perform electronic work, install electronic equipment at an electronic installation located at Mile Post 293 plus 19 poles, west of Winslow, Arizona, on or about February 1, 1965. Also, there was installed at Mile Post 286 plus 19 poles in Carmen's Shanty No. 4 in Winslow, two (2) General Railway Wheel Thermo-Scanner receivers, one (1) for south track and one (1) for north track.



FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.



The issue and agreements in this dispute are similar to the issue and agreements in Award 5514, involving the same parties to this dispute, and for reasons stated in said Award, we must deny this claim.
